Concrete Repairs at Silk Mill Estate in Leeds

There are approximately 180 properties on the Silk Mill estate in Leeds 16 almost all being residential consisting of apartments, maisonettes and houses. 110 of these properties were built 60 years ago and have undergone various concrete repairs over the years. In March this year Frescrete undertook concrete repairs on the defective mortar joints and external brick cladding of the stairwells.
